Behaviour Support Training
We offer a range of courses, delivered both online and face-to-face, to help staff understand and respond to behaviours of communication displayed by the young people in their care. ​​​
We provide a 3 hour face to fcae session (perfect for an inset morning) for all staff.
​
In addition for lunchtime supervisors, and parents, premise officers & business staff we can run a shorter session online at a convenient time for them.
This training deepens understanding of why young people may become distressed and how we can respond to their behaviours in a supportive and effective way.

We have been training and upskilling agency staff across Education and Health & Social Care for the past 10 years.
